Rings: Use our printable ring sizer or refer to the diameter chart on our site.

Bracelets/Necklaces: Measure your wrist/neck at its widest point and add 1–1.5 cm for comfort.

What is ILLY’s sizing chart based on?
We correlate average body‑weight ranges with finger diameters to cover sizes 4–10 for most customers.

Do you offer at‑home or in‑store sizing assistance?
Yes—you can request a complimentary ring‑sizer kit by mail, or visit any showroom for a free fitting.

Can I resize after receiving my order?
We provide one complimentary ring resize (±1 size) within 7 days of delivery for non‑gemstone styles.

How accurate is the size guide?
Our guide is accurate to ±0.2 mm. For complex finger shapes, we recommend in‑store fitting or using our ring‑sizer tool.
