1. What materials do you use, and are they certified?
Our jewelry is crafted from solid 925 & 950 Sterling Silver and plated in platinum and 750 white gold. We set each piece with premium lab-grown Cubic Zirconia. CZ stones don’t carry diamond-style certificates, but every stone is hand-inspected for clarity and brilliance. All silver pieces are hallmarked to guarantee purity.
2. How do I measure my ring, bracelet, and necklace size?
Ring: Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark the overlap point, lay it flat and measure in millimeters. Match that length to our circumference chart to find your US size.
Bracelet: Measure your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet, then add 1 cm (⅜″) for comfort.
Necklace: Wrap a soft tape or string around your neck at the desired length, mark and measure. We offer standard lengths (16″, 18″, 20″) plus custom lengths on request.
3. What is your production and shipping time?
Each piece is made-to-order in our Vietnamese workshop with a 6–9 business-day turnaround. Standard shipping to the US, UK, Australia, and Canada takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
4. How much does shipping cost, and are there customs fees?
Standard Shipping (depending on weight & destination)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 to the US
Customs & Duties: US orders under $800 are typically duty-free; customers are responsible for any import fees beyond local exemption thresholds.

6. What is your return and warranty policy?
Returns & Exchanges: 14-day window for unworn items in original condition.
Warranty: free lifetime complimentary polishing and 2 years repair for manufacturing defects.
